The National Football League Players Association unveiled the results of an NFLPA player survey Wednesday that yielded report cards for every team across several aspects that would affect players throughout their careers.

The goal of the NFL player survey was to highlight the best practices and standards of each NFL team, as well as identify clubs that need improvement and identify teams worthy of recognition for their successes.

Ideally, the NFLPA hopes the results will not only educate NFLPA members but also lead to action where problems are prevalent in the eyes of the players.

For the Chicago Bears, there were plenty of A's on the report card, but a few poor marks left the franchise ranked 13th out of 32 teams.
